I applied online and got a recruiter screen. The first real interview was a technical phone screen. It was pretty easy but asked about CS concepts beyond typical LeetCode problems. Then I had a very casual chat with the hiring manager, no technical stuff at all. The last round was the final interview, which included a system design question, a technical question focused on FE for full stack, and a behavioral question. All these were scheduled for 1.5 hours each and on separate days. I messed up the FE part where I had to basically build a UI from a screenshot, and it was really unclear. The interviewer said I could go any way I wanted, like focusing on CSS or functionality, but they didn't seem pleased if I didn't stick to one path. I got rejected about an hour after that, so I didn't even get to the behavioral part.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Asked easy LeetCode style questions.
  • Standard system design question related to their product.
  • FE for full stack technical question: code up a screenshot of something from their website. You had to set up your own environment.

Had a chat with a recruiter, then one of the hiring team members. The recruiter was actually late for our scheduled call. They must have mixed up my role because the info I got about my interviewer wasn't quite right. The person interviewing me kept cutting me off and telling me how to do things. It made it impossible to showcase my skills and also messed with my thinking. Turns out the interviewer was new to the company. Definitely not a great first impression. Honestly, I don't think I'd interview here again.

Technical Coding Behavioral System Design

I got contacted by a recruiter after applying online. We set up a technical phone screen about data structures that went pretty well. Then the recruiter set up a call with the hiring manager, which was mostly behavioral questions. After that, we set up a virtual onsite with three interviews. The first interview asked about implementing a specific app on the web in general terms. The second interview was a typical data structure question. The third interview was behavioral with two hiring managers. We spent about 20-30 minutes discussing my resume in every interview. It was a good experience overall, but I accepted a different offer.

  • How would you go about implementing X on the web?
  • Can you implement a data structure?
