Behavioral

The interview process with the team was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite having a full-time job, juggling a few other interview processes, and specifying my availability, I felt rushed and pressured to accommodate their tight timeline. The interview coordination was chaotic, as I continuously received calls during work meetings despite requesting email or text communication. Moreover, I was sent a rejection email after not being able to accommodate a last-minute reschedule for a same-day interview. This raises concerns about Included Health's expectations for employees' availability and prioritization of outside commitments: if they are not considerate during the interview process, it is likely that this lack of mindfulness will continue once you join the company.

I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter. Then, I had a video chat with a remote employee. After that, I went for an on-site interview where I met one person in person and two others via video conference. The team was great, very friendly and mission-focused. The recruiter I was working with was new at the time and didn't do the best job relaying information, but I found the experience to be positive overall.

The process was really smooth and clear. I first chatted with the recruiter and hiring manager by phone. Then, I went onsite to meet with folks in my department and from departments that I would be working with. After they decided on hiring me, I got a verbal offer and then a written one really fast.
