I was contacted by Devin, their Sr. recruiter, who is very passionate about Grand Rounds and their mission. He then set up an interview with the hiring manager, who was also very passionate about GR and the change they make. Later, I had a 5-hour panel interview with the major stakeholders. The final round was with the CTO, who was down to earth, knowledgeable, and passionate about GR's work, just like the rest of the team. It's clear the company has talented and passionate people, and with a mission that matters, it's set up for success. I wanted to be part of this team to contribute and make a positive impact. I've confirmed that the positive reviews are real. The working environment is the best I've ever seen, and inclusion is real.

Behavioral Case

The interview process started with a phone screen, then moved to an onsite interview, and included a case study project. Although the role title sounded senior, it became apparent during my conversations that it was more of an entry-level or analyst position involving repetitive tasks. The team members were pleasant and seemed passionate about the mission, but the overall professionalism of the interview process could have been better. I frequently had to follow up with recruiters, and at one point, I was informed I was moving forward, only to be told later that they were not proceeding with my application.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a really smooth and easy interview process. The recruiter kept me updated and gave me info to prepare for everything. The process had these steps: Recruiter Screen, Hiring Manager Call, a short take-home exercise, VP Call, Case Study Panel Presentation with breakout rooms, and a final chat with the Hiring Manager and VP.
