The process was pretty standard, starting with a recruiter screen, then a call with the hiring manager, and finally a take-home assessment. I didn't get past the assessment stage. The process itself was good, and communication was great initially. But after I submitted the assessment, things went quiet, with no acknowledgement of receipt. I'm not sure if they even looked at it or if the decision was made beforehand. It would have been good to get some clarity on that.

Coding Other

So, for this analyst role, they first had me do a coding assessment that took multiple hours. After I finished that, they asked me to sign an NDA before we could even have a first round interview, and before I could speak to anyone I'd be working with. I decided not to proceed.

I initially applied and interviewed for a financial position, but then I was referred to a Data Analyst role on a different team. The whole process was pretty smooth and quite friendly. It wasn't too difficult overall.
