I applied for an account manager role, but during the initial screening call with the recruiter, I was told I'd actually be starting as a recruiter. That call was quick and went well. Then I had a second interview with the same recruiter via Teams, which was longer and focused on behavioral questions. A week later, I was told I'd move on to a third interview with two local hiring managers via Teams. I thought it went great, but after another week, I found out I wasn't selected. When I asked the recruiter why, they said, 'we decided to choose someone else.' The whole process took 4 weeks to get a rejection. It's frustrating because my background is more than entry-level, and this job is specifically entry-level. They told me during the interview they liked my answers, which gave me false hope. Save your time.

Great process, really enjoyed the very kind people that interviewed me and I hope I got the position. I think there are very good opportunities at this company. Seems like a great culture too, everyone at the office was very kind.

The interview process was very thorough. It started with a prescreen phone call, then a teams video meeting with the onboarding manager, and finally an in person meeting with a senior recruiter, senior account manager, and the recruiting manager. I felt like I was an incredibly strong candidate. I went into the in person interview where I confidently answered questions, was engaged, and asked enticing questions myself. I received a phone call after I had sent some follow up emails, being told they would not be extending an offer to me, but I received no feedback as to why they passed on me for the position. Once you hit a certain point in what feels like the final step before a process, and then get told they will not be giving you an offer, I feel like it should be some courtesy to at least let the person know why they didn't get chosen. This was very disappointing considering I was incredibly excited about the possible opportunity. Good luck to anyone who interviews.
