First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Incedo.
Dotnet Developer
I had an L1 interview, which was the first round, a video interview online on Zoom. The interviewer had his camera on, which is quite unusual. HR followed up multiple times for me to attend the interview. Even though I gave most answers correctly, they never got back to me. The interviewer was yawning. It felt like a complete waste of time and hope.

The hiring process felt unreliable, so be careful. After clearing all the virtual technical rounds with Incedo, I was invited for an in-office HR round. To my surprise, they conducted another technical round at the office, which I thought was just okay. Even so, I was selected and then cleared the HR round. The HR team then asked me to resign from my current job and send them an email confirming my early release to move forward with the offer. I trusted them and did as they asked. However, even after taking early release, they put my offer on hold. I contacted them many times, but they always gave unclear and unconvincing reasons for the delay. After 15 days, they just stopped responding. This whole thing caused me a lot of stress and made my professional situation unstable. My advice: Don't resign or take early release based on verbal promises. Wait until you have a formal offer in hand before making any decisions. Pros: The initial technical rounds were organized well. Cons: Poor communication and transparency after selection. They acted irresponsibly regarding job offers. HR's unprofessional handling of the process. Would I recommend Incedo? Only if they fix their hiring process and communication. Until then, be cautious!

Incedo visited our campus for recruitment, and we went through 3 rounds in total. The first round was a mix of aptitude, technical, and coding questions, all of which were easy to medium in difficulty. The second round was a technical interview. It started with a self-introduction, followed by Java questions, including code snippets to predict the output, and a puzzle. They also inquired about my projects and related questions. The interviewer was quite relaxed, making the session smooth. The final round was a managerial interview where they asked some spontaneous questions to get to know me better. They also asked questions about OS and DBMS, and I was asked to write a SQL query. Overall, the questions were very easy and basic.
- Can you explain the differences between method overloading and method overriding?
- What is the super keyword in Java used for?
- What is an abstract class, and how does it differ from an interface in Java?
