It was a pretty smooth 2 rounds interview process. First, I interviewed with the Internal Team manager, and then there was a Director Round. If I was selected, I would get a call from HR for salary negotiation, and then I could join them at their place.

It was decent. Normal process of 3 rounds. Friendly conversation and discussion. Case discussion in first two rounds. Followed by HR Round discussion. They offered a decent pay and were welcoming during the onboarding process.

This was a really disappointing experience. The recruitment agency set up interviews with Incedo, and the recruiter told me there would be two technical rounds. Incedo actually gave me one written test and one technical interview. Then, the HR person told me there would be another interview with the account head over video conference. Two days later, the recruiter agency contacted me to set up two more in-person interviews. Since going to the Incedo office takes up my whole day, this was quite inconvenient.
