The interview had 3 rounds. The first was a screening round focusing on technical aspects, like how well I knew tools and frameworks. The second round focused on decision-making skills with some technical questions and a good number of hypothetical ones to assess analytical and decision-making abilities. The final round was with HR to discuss compensation and company policies.

They won't go through your experience or resume but will ask what they know and that too they are not sure about the answer. Same question asked twice thrice. They asked me things which was not mentioned in my resume, neither in the job description provided by them. First round was fine but in the second round it sounded like the interview is going for all together different profile. Either HR should know this beforehand or should mention in Job description what profile they are seeking for.
