Incedo Associate Interview Questions
& Process

The interview process was pretty good and straightforward. First, I had a call with HR to chat about my background, what I'm looking for in the role, and pay. Then, there was one technical interview where they asked about stuff specific to the job and how I'd handle real situations. The last part was a chat with the manager about whether I'd fit with the team, the company culture, and how I could grow here. All in all, it felt professional, they were quick, and they kept me informed.

So if your profile gets shortlisted, here's how the interview process at Incedo usually goes: First, there's an Initial HR Call where they'll chat with you about your profile, experience, and if you're interested in the role. If you pass that, you'll have a Technical Interview with the Hiring Manager to check your domain knowledge and skills. Clear that, and you'll move on to a Managerial/Leadership Round with a senior manager or department head. This round is about your problem-solving, behavior, and if you're a good cultural fit. After all interviews are done, HR will talk to you about salary and offer details. Then you get the Offer Letter and we figure out the Joining date based on project needs and what works for both of us.

My interview has four stages: first, CV shortlisting. Second, an HR round via phone call. Third, a Technical Round with the manager or Team Lead. Fourth, a Final Round with the senior head. Overall, it was a smooth experience.
