I put my resume in the company database and a recruiter contacted me by email less than 2 weeks later (pretty fast even with the end-of-year holidays) saying they had a position that might suit me. Phone interview with the recruiter based in London to talk about my background, my expectations and detail the position and the company. 3 days later, phone interview with the VP of the department who validated my profile and wanted me to meet a manager on-site. 1h interview with a manager and 2 days later the recruiter sent me an email to tell me I got the job. I received the offer 2 days after.

Had an initial phone screen, then went for an on-site interview where I met with 3 different project managers. After the interview, the recruiter let me know I'd hear back by the end of the week. By the end of the following week, the recruiter called to say the PM's liked me but I was second in line for the job. They were going to offer it to someone else first, but weren't sure if that person would accept because they worked at Quintiles and the situation was complicated. The recruiter then went silent for a week, not replying to emails or calls. Finally, they emailed saying hiring decisions weren't being made right now, which was strange given I'd been told they'd already made an offer. The PMs I met were great though, and the interview wasn't too hard.

I had a really good interview experience at inc research. After applying online via Glassdoor, I received a call from a recruiter about two weeks later for an initial screening. It was pretty straightforward, covering basic questions about me and setting up an in-person interview. This in-person interview took place two days later, and I received an offer within four business days.
