Customer Service Representative
It was early in the morning, they worked with my availability and asked some pretty basic questions. It went no longer than 30 minutes. They were a little late and I waited about 5-10 minutes but if I remember correctly I was 5 minutes early so take that as you will. I heard the manager is horrible so meeting her and being treated decently was surprising to me.
- Can you explain why you are majoring in ABC?
Customer Service Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward, and I felt like I didn't do great, but it went really smoothly. I ended up declining the offer because the job seemed like it would be too demanding and stressful for me. I'm not sure if I'd suggest it to others.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was pretty fast. First, I had a phone call with a manager. Then, I had an interview with the manager. The last step was a working interview, where I basically did the tasks I would be doing in the job.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
