The HR team was great and really informative. They were upfront about the role and expectations for pay and benefits. The first interview was with the recruiter from the firm, who was prepared and had clearly reviewed my resume, asking specific questions.

Applied online, then got a call from the hiring manager pretty quickly, like within a week. They then invited me in for an in-person interview. The manager explained the company's hiring process and asked me some questions to get to know me better. I also had to do a sales aptitude test right there.

I went through a personality questionnaire and had to fill out my job history. Then I spoke with the owner. I sat down with the owner and we discussed ImproveIt, and he laid out how the company handles the sales process. We had a really good conversation, and I was told I'd be meeting with the sales director the next week. However, I received a letter saying no positions were available. At least I got a letter, so I didn't have to sit around wondering.
