It was a really thorough interview process, with some great questions that helped me understand the role better. Overall, I enjoyed it and have nothing negative to say. I'd definitely recommend interviewing here if you get the chance. The interviewer was nice and made the whole thing feel easy and straightforward.

I went through 4 interviews over 6 weeks, but then got ghosted. After the initial interviews and reaching the final rounds, I had to restart the process with a new hiring manager. They could have planned better and posted the job after the leadership role was filled. The first manager seemed to like me, but the second one didn't think I was a good fit. I waited for feedback and finally asked for an update. The new hiring manager told me, 'someone from HR will reach out within two days,' but no one ever did.

I arrived and was asked to sit. The lobby had a nice smell and people seemed happy. I overheard a motivational speech that seemed to set the tone. I had a phone call before about my qualifications and the company, so I knew what to expect. The interview was about 45 minutes, and we talked about the job, salary, bonuses, and benefits. They told me they were hiring for 3 positions and seeing many candidates, and they'd contact me by the end of the week. They did, and I was excited to go back for a second interview. The next week, I came in to do paperwork and then started! I feel lucky to have found this job.

I went through a personality questionnaire and had to fill out my job history. Then I spoke with the owner. I sat down with the owner and we discussed ImproveIt, and he laid out how the company handles the sales process. We had a really good conversation, and I was told I'd be meeting with the sales director the next week. However, I received a letter saying no positions were available. At least I got a letter, so I didn't have to sit around wondering.
