This was a super long and drawn-out process. I had 3 interviews total over the phone and they each lasted about an hour. During my second interview, they actually stood me up and I had to follow up to find out what happened. Communication was really bad. I had to keep following up just to get the process to move along. After more than a month of going back and forth, I followed up one last time to check the status since they didn't get back to me as promised. HR told me then that they weren't moving forward. It wasn't a very professional process.

So the interview was pretty straightforward, I was told the interviewers were very direct and knew what they wanted. I kept a positive attitude though. It began with the standard 'tell me about yourself' then they laid out what the job really involved. After that, it was the typical questions like future aspirations, a time I broke the rules for a better result, and how I handled a difficult customer. They also asked about my past experiences and how I'd manage different scenarios. After the interview portion, they showed me around the company and the warehouse. I felt good about it and sent a thank you email afterwards.

Applied online and about 2 weeks later got a call for a phone interview. The person interviewing me was alright, but weirdly started off by saying they didn't think I was the best fit, then asked why? They also kept saying they couldn't hear me, even after I moved around to different spots. I could hear them fine though. It felt like they weren't really listening to my answers, just cutting me off and moving on after only a couple words, saying they couldn't hear. It was super strange, like they were just going through the motions. On top of that, they said they couldn't even open my PDF resume. So I'm left wondering why we both wasted our time. If they couldn't see it, why call me and tell me I wasn't a fit?

I applied through a staffing agency. First, I had a chat with someone from the agency. Then, two days later, I met with Dana and Don at Implus. The interview lasted about an hour and felt pretty easy. They asked me to introduce myself and share a bit about my background, then it was mostly behavioral questions. It seemed like they were more interested in hearing that I could answer the questions rather than the specific answers themselves. Everyone there was super friendly.
