Software Developer
I really hope they know what they are doing, hope they know their criteria...... If you see a job opens for more than a year, run mate! They interview you just want to fail you with unreasonable feedbacks, thats it (I went through the internal hiring process so i got feedback on failed reasons compared to external interviewers who would just get something like "sorry you are not selected".... and it's totally nonsense, since im an internal interviewer, i would suggest recording all interview sessions in the future and send it out to other hiring members with the feedbacks in the compnay and see what they gonna say.....) Hint: if you got interviewed by someone called Siva, good luck mate, this dude is rude and weird.

The interview was super chill. It started with data structures and algorithms, then moved into backend stuff like RabbitMQ and load balancers. They liked my performance in the first round so much that they skipped the second round and offered me the internship.

- What's the difference between linkedlist and array?
- Explain load balancing.

We had 2 technical rounds, each 2 hours long, and a managerial round. The main focus was on DSA and problem-solving skills, with a need for a research mindset. Basically, be good at DSA and problem-solving. The process also involved a ph test by elitmus, which is for Associate, Quantitative Analysis.
- Tell me about Trees.
- Can you explain Linked lists?
- What do you know about stacks?
