Customer Service Representative
It started with a quick chat with the HR person. After that, there was a simulation to show what working in a call center is actually like. It's really important to score at least 60% on this test. Also, if you need a specific day off and you talked to HR about it and they said it was cool, make sure to get it in writing in your contract. Like, if you need a day off for a graduation, get that written approval.

It was a two phase interview. You first have a phone interview that includes a bit of a work simulation. The interviewer will act like a customer calling, and you'll need to handle the call. Then, you'll be set up for a face-to-face interview, which has two parts: (a) Another work simulation where the interviewer calls you to ask you to find the closest available parking lots based on a location they give you, using the tools provided. (b) The typical question and answer session.
