First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Impark.
Operations Manager
I had one interview and a skills test where they had me do some multitasking activities. The interview was pretty standard, nothing too unusual. They didn't ask any out-of-the-ordinary questions.
- Can you tell me about a difficult challenge you encountered and how you handled it?
Accountant
There were two interviews. One was a phone interview and the other was a face to face online interview. The process was very easy and the whole hiring process was easy and fast as well. Got an offer within less than 2 weeks and I accepted.

Customer Service Representative
It was a two phase interview. You first have a phone interview that includes a bit of a work simulation. The interviewer will act like a customer calling, and you'll need to handle the call. Then, you'll be set up for a face-to-face interview, which has two parts: (a) Another work simulation where the interviewer calls you to ask you to find the closest available parking lots based on a location they give you, using the tools provided. (b) The typical question and answer session.
- What are your biggest strengths?
- What are your biggest weaknesses?
- Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
Data Entry Clerk
I applied online, and then the HR team got in touch to set up an in-person interview. The whole process moved pretty quickly, taking just a few days. After I went for the interview, they let me know the outcome via email. Honestly, the interview itself wasn't too tough.
- Describe your ideal job.
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
