I had an initial screen with a recruiter, and then an in-person interview. Everyone was nice, but the recruiter was a bit misleading. I applied for an AE position, but they told me I was a better fit for a higher-level SDR role, which is entry-level. I stopped the process because I got another offer during it.

It was super friendly, organized, and professional from start to finish. I first interviewed with the recruiter over the phone, then had some follow-up interviews in person, which included half a day of shadowing team members, and then a final follow-up with management.

It was a three step interview process. First, I spoke with a manager. Then, I had a shadowing day. Finally, I met with the lead manager. The offer letter wasn't what was advertised. It was confusing and vague. Because of this, I had other interviews scheduled. When the initial offer letter was not as we discussed, and they rescinded it after I brought an error to their attention. It didn't seem like they were being forthright and honest after the offer letter was on the table. A large portion of the commission was not mentioned in the initial offer letter.
