Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Impact Analytics.
Frontend Developer
The interview process had 4 rounds in total. The first three were technical, and the last one was with management. I cleared the first two rounds but then the company ghosted me. The first round was a simple machine coding round where they asked about HTML, CSS, and JS. The second round involved React machine coding and DSA.
- JavaScript questions, mostly basic to moderate, covering strings, arrays, and objects.
Senior Frontend Developer
They are doing some kind of scam, I passed 3 rounds including an assessment and 2 technical rounds. Then, just 2 days before the HR said she would give an offer letter after the manager round, they suddenly ghosted me and sent a rejection email. The HR then stopped responding. They wasted my 3 weeks. I saw similar scams on Reddit where they just waste engineers' time. It was the worst experience.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Front End Developer
It was a good experience. There were about 4 rounds of technical interviews. The interviewer was friendly. If you are really good at front end development then only you will be selected. Hard working team.
