The interview process started off well with two calls, one with recruitment and another with the hiring manager. After that, I had my final interview which was a panel interview lasting one hour. During the panel interview, I gave a presentation and then answered some questions. After the interview, I was given a tour of the lab and met some of the team. So far, it was professional and organized. However, the process really soured after the interview due to a lack of communication. I was told I would get feedback within two weeks, but I didn't hear anything for nine weeks. Eventually, I got rejected. I respect the decision, but the silence made me feel disregarded. The lack of communication reflects poorly on the company and their respect for applicants, especially considering the effort put into the later stages.

Technical Behavioral Presentation
It'll take a bit of time for things to move along, as is typical with larger companies. I started with a Teams interview with the hiring manager. Then, I gave a presentation to a group of people from my team and others. These folks were all at group leader or associate group leader levels, which felt a little daunting, though they were quite nice. I didn't get to meet the rest of the team as they were busy with lab work. We had a good discussion where they asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Lastly, there was a short interview with HR about my interest in the company. I suspect the ideal candidate profile isn't super clear from the job description, so you might want to ask them about that during the interview.
