Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at immixGroup.
Sales Operations
There were 2 interviews. First was with the recruiter and the second was with the manager. The manager mostly explained the role and asked about my past work experience and then some simple questions. Overall, it was a simple and straightforward interview.
- Can you tell me how you keep yourself organized?
Sales Lead
The hiring process was really fast and straightforward. I started with a phone screen with the sales manager, and then they invited me for an in-person interview. I got a call the very next day after the in-person interview with an offer.
- Were the questions straightforward and simple to respond to?
Sales
I applied online and got a call from HR the next day. They asked me a few quick questions and if I could come in for an onsite interview. I ended up going into the office on two different days- meeting with HR first, and managers/senior level the second time. Everyone that I met were great and easy to talk to. The interview process was focused on my background, resume, and if I would be a good fit for the position/company. I would recommend the company based on my experience, especially if you are interested in computer tech.
- What is your greatest weakness?
