There were 2 interviews. First was with the recruiter and the second was with the manager. The manager mostly explained the role and asked about my past work experience and then some simple questions. Overall, it was a simple and straightforward interview.

I went through 6 interviews for this role, and each one went really well. It felt more like a conversation, very relaxed. Unfortunately, during one of my visits, my car got damaged in the parking lot - the mirror and bumper were hit, leaving scratches. Even with that happening, I managed to interview without showing any stress. I thought that resilience would be a good sign for the company. After all six interviews, they said I'd hear back in about a week. Three weeks later, I called to find out they'd already filled the position. It wasn't about not getting the job, but more about the whole experience - multiple interviews, car damage, and a long wait, only to be told they'd moved on. I didn't feel the process was fair, but I do wish the company well.

I applied online and got a call from HR the next day. They asked me a few quick questions and if I could come in for an onsite interview. I ended up going into the office on two different days- meeting with HR first, and managers/senior level the second time. Everyone that I met were great and easy to talk to. The interview process was focused on my background, resume, and if I would be a good fit for the position/company. I would recommend the company based on my experience, especially if you are interested in computer tech.

Had an initial call with HR, where I was asked basic interview questions. Then I went on-site the following week and met with 3 different managers for interviews. Later that week, I had two more calls with other managers, and all the questions were pretty standard. I received the offer about a month later because it was during the Arrow transition.
