The interview process was pretty good. The interviewer was nice, and everyone I met there is nice too. I felt like they were misleading during the interviews. They said multiple times they weren't looking for salespeople, but everyone in the company is a salesperson. You're either selling car keys or AT&T service. It's not a bad place, but I feel they intentionally misled people about the job duties, which explains the 50% turnover rate.

I applied online and got a call from HR who told me about the company and asked me about myself. Then, I had an interview with the CEO the next day at their office. There were others waiting too. The CEO interview was short, around 10 mins, where he talked about the company and potential earnings but was vague about salary, hinting at up to $500/week, which seemed misleading. After that, I was sent to a Sams Club to observe their roadshow and interview with the roadshow manager. The observed performance was high-energy, but the reality of standing for 8+ hours in a monotonous job seemed tough. They offered me the job the day after the onsite interview and sent documents.

I had three interviews in total. They were very conversational and relaxed, making me feel comfortable throughout. The initial interview was quite straightforward. The second one provided more details about the company and involved a discussion about my perceived fit within the organization. The last interview was dedicated to addressing any remaining questions from either side.
