First, you'll meet with a manager in the office. If that goes well, you'll go to an on-site location where they'll show you what the job actually involves, and you'll interview with a campaign manager. Then, if you pass that, you'll have a third interview where you'll answer questions based on what you learned in the second interview and talk with a manager.

The interview process started with a phone interview, which was pretty easy. It seemed like most people who did the phone interview got an in-person interview at CostCo. When we were at CostCo, the questions were easy and more about personality, but we did spend some time looking at the salespeople and I had to figure out what marketing stuff they were doing. Then, there was an in-office interview where they wanted to see if we could handle the pressure of working for Principal Marketing.

There were three interviews. The first was at the office, pretty standard and quick. They asked basic questions about your education, what you're up to now, and your future aspirations, plus why you want the job and how you'd leverage the company's offerings. If you seemed like a good fit, you'd then schedule a second interview at one of their marketing events to see the actual job in action. The third interview would cover pay, company policies, and then you'd get the paperwork to sign.
