The interview process was hectic. A lot of us cleared the technical round and were waiting for HR. But around 9 PM, some company folks told us to leave without a proper reason. We asked if we'd have online rounds to finish the HR part, but they said no. From the process, I realized they don't have much respect for us. It was a really disappointing experience.

The internship hiring process here involves two steps. It starts with a chat with a recruiter, and if they think you're a good candidate, they'll set up another interview with the Hiring Manager. Ultimately, the Hiring Manager makes the final call on whether you're a good fit for the role.

I had a phone chat with HR, then I went for an in-person interview that was under an hour. I emailed back and forth with HR for a few days before she actually phone interviewed with me. It had very typical questions, the only tough one was how I'd handle not knowing REVIT. Other than that, no technical questions were asked. The whole thing was pretty easy.
