Graduate Engineer Trainee
The interview process has four aptitude rounds that cover things like time and work, percentage analysis, verbal ability, and speed and distance. Then there are two technical rounds where they ask about power system basics, machines, and switchgear and protection. Lastly, there's an HR round with a behavioral test and a discussion about you.
- Could you explain what power factor (pf) is?
- What does the Ferranti effect mean in the context of transmission systems?
- Can you describe the corona effect as it applies to transmission systems?

We started with profile shortlisting through campus placement. We are waiting to hear back about the aptitude test and technical interview. The HR team clearly explained the process.

Graduate Engineer Trainee
The recruitment process involves multiple stages: an initial HR screening, a written test, two technical interviews, a personality questionnaire, and two final HR interviews. This entire process can take about 1.5 months, and unfortunately, the company sometimes fails to provide feedback, even for rejections, which I only found out about after two months. Be prepared for around 6-7 rounds that might seem irrelevant and could lead to rejection in the final stage despite having strong technical, communication, and professional skills.
