It was fine. I had a 45-minute interview where the interviewer covered all the basic and conceptual topics. The interview level was moderate to hard. I had nearly 5 rounds of interviews to clear for the job.

I applied online after seeing an ad in a trade journal. A recruiter called, said I was great and would fit in, and promised a call the next week. However, the recruiter was unprofessional and needed reminders about my interview. The company was great at blaming others for not being able to schedule an interview and refused to consider other offices. The recruiter really strung me along, saying they had no positions available. It was a total waste of time. I just learned how poorly managed this firm is. They kept saying I didn't belong in the profession.

Salary offered is also less but one can start careers as the company is good as you will get exposure to American projects mainly.
