After you submit your application and are selected as a possible PhD candidate, you will be asked to study and present a research paper relevant to your first choice. You will then present this paper to all the professors and supervisors you applied to. After this presentation, you will receive an offer to begin your PhD.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was confusing for everyone involved. Be careful about wasting letters of recommendation for this place, as they have many applicants and significant application mismanagement because they don't seem to care. There are other options available. The project selection process is very opaque; you have to list the codes of 3 projects by name. In my case, they made a mistake in copying the codes, and I was contacted very late by a group that had no connection to my project selections. I later declined to proceed with this interview. I never got a rejection letter for my other interviews (did HR confuse my interview rejection with a complete rejection?).

Had an online interview with five rounds total, each was either about tech or teamwork. It seemed like some questions were asked more than once by different interviewers, maybe because they didn't talk to each other much before the interviews.
