The hiring process took four months, which was way longer than the usual two weeks. Communication from the hiring team was really bad during this time, which felt unprofessional. The technical interview had a large panel of 8-10 interviewers, which was a bit much. The feedback session was interesting but not very clear. I'm not sure if this is normal in Belgium or just this company, but it made me question how organized and communicative the team is.

The technical interview went okay, but the interviewers first suggested I pursue a PhD. As soon as I mentioned I might do that in the future, they rejected me. So, you need to be committed to the company.
