I interviewed with iManage and was initially excited. However, I was disappointed with the recruiting team's lack of communication. After what I felt was a good interview, I followed up twice over two weeks and got no response. I eventually received a rejection email, but the long silence beforehand felt unprofessional and discouraging. Timely and transparent communication is a basic expectation, and this experience left me with a negative impression of how candidates are treated. I hope iManage improves its candidate experience.

Started with a recruiter call, 30 minutes packed with questions about my skills and background. No chance to ask about the role. The recruiter then set up a call with the VP of RevOps, which took many emails to schedule due to slow responses and changing availability. The VP interview went well, got positive feedback on the call. No updates after that. I followed up, no response. Another follow-up a week later, and the recruiter asked if I was still interested. Replied yes, then more back and forth to schedule the next meeting (same scheduling issue). Completed the next interview with the Director of Sales Enablement. This interview also seemed good, got positive feedback, and details on next steps and tips for future interviews. After this, no feedback or follow-up from the recruiter. I reached out a week later about the slow pace and lack of urgency. After two more emails from me, the recruiter said they were moving forward with other candidates. I never got any specific feedback on my qualifications during the process, and the final rejection felt generic. The recruiter's communication and follow-up were really poor, a major letdown throughout the entire process.

The interview process was really bad. I was first told there would be three rounds, but then they added a fourth, and then a fifth. Every time I asked the recruiter for scheduling info, it took days to hear back. During the fourth interview, they mentioned hiring for two positions. In the fifth interview, they said it was down to me and one other candidate. Three weeks later, I found out I didn't get the job. What really upset me, besides the interview process dragging on for an extra month, was that they said another position would open up 'very soon' and I wouldn't need to reapply. I emailed them every two weeks to stay in touch. Out of five emails, I only got one response, which was an excited 'stay tuned! we'll have more information for you soon.' I never heard back after that. Now I see they're hiring for the role they said they'd contact me about. I felt strung along for 6 months and disrespected. If you're going to interview people, don't add extra rounds than promised, and if you don't want to hire someone, just tell them. Don't lead them on for months, play with their emotions, and then ghost them. It was unprofessional, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it.

Started with a recruiter phone chat, then a video call with a director, and finally in-person chats with a bunch of the team. The phone calls were about how I'd fit in and some behavioral stuff. The in-office part was a mix of fitting in, technical skills, more behavioral questions, how I work, and two technical challenges. Everyone was nice, cool, and professional, from the recruiter to the director. The team seemed real and supportive, making it feel welcoming.
