First, I had to do a self-recorded video answering some questions. After that, I met with two supervisors for an interview, and then there was one final interview with the director. They gave me study material and I had to answer questions about possible scenarios parents might ask about, based on that material.

I applied and got a one-way recorded interview pretty fast, it was short. Then a few weeks later, I had a 1:1 Zoom interview which was standard and comfortable. After that, I had another interview with the same person and someone else. They wanted me to know their schools and asked me questions about them using mock scenarios, and I also had to do some mock grad plans. I was feeling good about it. They finished with some casual questions like favorite holiday. I thought I nailed it and was expecting an offer. I was told I'd hear back in a week or two, but after 2.5 weeks of no word, I messaged the hiring manager. No response. Then I got a generic email saying they weren't moving forward. I was bummed because I thought my 3 interviews went well and I have the experience, and I wanted to know why. Disappointed.

So I started with a recruiter call, then there were 6 more rounds, which is kind of crazy since they said they needed to fill the role quickly. It felt like a lot of steps for candidates. The first round was with the hiring manager. Then I had two rounds with people who were in the same role, and that included a performance task. After that, there was a "conversation" with a senior leader. Round 5 was in-person and round 6 was virtual. I actually really liked the recruiter for the first 4 rounds and she let me know I was moving on to round 5. After that, I was handed off to her teammates. I followed up after the holidays about round 5, but then I was told they went with someone else. Interestingly, the job is still posted like 4 weeks later. Honestly, that whole experience made me feel good about not continuing with them.
- Can you share an instance where you presented to a customer?

I applied online and heard back within a week. The first step was a Zoom screening call where we talked about the company, the role, and my background. They mentioned the interview process was just one step and would be fast since the company was going to have a hiring freeze soon. Later that day, I found out I was moving on and had to record myself giving a presentation as if I were in a client meeting. I was supposed to hear back by the end of the week about the next steps. I followed up and was told it would take another week. I followed up again and then got no response.
- How would you prioritize your tasks?
