The interview process was great. It started with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a questionnaire. Then, I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager, a plant tour with the GM, and an in-person interview with the hiring manager again. After that, I spent a day in the field with a rep, and finished with a virtual interview with the VP. It was a long process but it was done with ease. I enjoyed gaining insight on the company and role.

The interview process had about six steps: first, a recruiter screening, then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I did a plant walkthrough with the GM, followed by a ride-along with a sales rep. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the manager, and finally, an interview with the VP. The experience got a bit weird at the VP stage. It felt like they were just re-checking my resume instead of seeing if we were a good fit, which was odd this late in the game. They also asked for written follow-ups to more questions after the meeting. In the end, the rejection came in a generic email, not a call, which felt cold given how much time I put in.

So I started with networking and submitted an application. After that, I received an interview invitation. The first step was a screening call with HR, followed by a virtual interview with a senior member, and finally, an on-site interview with the GM.
