Case Behavioral

I had a written case study that was 2 hours long, and it was also an elimination round. After being shortlisted, I had a 45-minute interview. I'm still waiting for the final round, which will be an interview with the host organization.

The internship program has openings three times per year. I submitted my application via the e-recruitment system in May. In August, I was contacted for a 1.5-hour test that assessed writing and Excel skills. After the test, I was invited for an interview. While the official application process is through the e-recruitment system, it's common knowledge among interns that having connections can lead to an offer without a formal application.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and heard back about a month later. The first step was a 90-minute written exam with 3 parts: two short essays on job-related topics and creating headlines for a 30-page ILO report. After that, I had a final hour-long interview with two team members. They asked mostly about my experience, why I'd fit in, and some hypothetical situations. They also gave me a 10-minute exercise to prep a short pitch for potential investors. I never got any response or feedback, even after following up.
