The interview was pretty structured with preset questions. It was mainly behavioral and they wanted us to back up answers with real experiences. The whole thing had two parts. First, you chatted with two recruiters who laid out the interview steps. Then, you had a phone interview with two engineers who only knew your name and nothing else about you.
