The interview process had three rounds. First, there was an online test for about 30 minutes with general aptitude and English questions. The second round was a technical interview, lasting about 45 minutes, focusing on what I learned during my engineering studies. I was immediately told the results of the second round and moved to the final HR round. This round tested my foundational knowledge and flexibility across different iLink Systems departments, lasting 30-45 minutes. Results were announced within 5 hours.
- What did you do during your 3 years of engineering?
- Tell me about your overall growth and learning during your engineering course.
- How strong are you in your basics?
Software Engineer
So I had 3 rounds of interviews. The first one was a 45-minute phone call where they asked me about my previous experience and the tech I've used. After that, HR emailed me a problem statement and I had to come up with a solution. The last interview was in person, where I had to explain the solution I built for the problem. They also asked some other technical questions. In the end, they offered me the job.
