It was simple, but confusing! The management led the process, but it got lost (several emails for different processes, some for the same one). There was a simplistic technical test with questions from reality years ago (waterfall model) and not the current one (agile). After passing, you find the client with 'derivations' of this! Negotiation for a slightly higher amount, but the proposal brought back the previous (lower) value.

The interview process was strange because they didn't ask about databases or testing experience, even though it's a QA job. They said anyone with a high school diploma could do it. The questions they asked had nothing to do with the actual job duties. I strongly advise against working here; it seems like a scam.
