First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ikos Consulting.
Consulting Engineer
I went through two interviews. Afterward, the business manager was only interested in the references I had provided. In the end, what he was trying to do wasn't really related to my profile, but more about choosing his client portfolio.
- Could you introduce yourself and detail a mission you were involved in?
- Please present yourself and tell us about a mission you have worked on.
Consulting Engineer
Had a first phone chat with HR, then a second one with the same person. It was easy and went smoothly. After that, I spoke with a business engineer. Then I got an email saying they'd propose opportunities, but it's been a month and a half with no news, so communication is lacking.
- What are your salary expectations?
- What did you understand from the second interview about IKOS and its field of activity?
Consulting Engineer
I applied online for an engineer position. I was contacted via email to set up an in-person interview. The manager introduced the consulting firm and talked about the clients they work with, mentioning it's a railway consulting firm focused on railroad/transportation projects. Then, I had a second interview to meet the client I'd be consulting for. This second interview was more technical, aiming to check my skills in the railroad industry. We discussed my past work experience and the projects I'd worked on. The whole interview and selection process felt good, and I got really positive feedback.
- Could you describe your past experience in the railway sector and the kinds of projects you've worked on?
