Applied online and a week later had a nontechnical phone interview with HR to see how my skills matched the job requirements. A couple days later, had a 30 min technical phone interview with a lead software developer/architect. Then called for in person interviews all on one day. Had an interview with HR recruiter, two managers (who are technical), and two technical people. Each interview was 30 mins.

First, I had a phone interview with someone from HR. Then, I spoke with the Director of Engineering over the phone. The technical interview focused a lot on programming terms, more like textbook definitions, rather than on my actual programming experience. It was surprising because I expected to discuss my past projects and work, but we didn't cover that at all. If you're aiming to work here, I'd suggest brushing up on programming terms you'd typically learn in your second year of college.

So I had this on campus interview at WPI's career development center back in March. It was basically about talking about a project from my resume. They also asked me about my most proficient programming language. My friend who interviewed for a summer internship said her whole process was just one round, and she got an offer about a week later.
