I sent my resume to the head of the department. He replied me in 10 mins and invited me for an interview. First round: an 90-min excel test. Second round: a 45-min interview with two economists. The interviewers were nice but asked very technical questions, which was out of my expectation, but I did well and got the job.

Interviewed by the director of the MENA department. It was very direct and to the point. We discussed my experience, the projects I've worked on, and my understanding of balance of payment, monetary policy, and the motivations behind capital flow. It was a very productive discussion. The interview is still ongoing, but I feel like I will be offered a position.
