I had a 40-minute interview with the entire macroeconomic analysis team. It was mostly technical for about 30 minutes, then 10 minutes for two behavioral questions: why IIF and about my strengths and weaknesses.

Interviewed by the director of the MENA department. It was very direct and to the point. We discussed my experience, the projects I've worked on, and my understanding of balance of payment, monetary policy, and the motivations behind capital flow. It was a very productive discussion. The interview is still ongoing, but I feel like I will be offered a position.

I had to check the details myself. They wanted to know my knowledge about computers and IT. There was a mathematical question, an IQ test, and general knowledge about companies. I also had to describe and present. It was a panel interview with a presentation given by particular employees. Quizzes were required. They were looking for skill development and motivation. They also checked personal details.
