The interview process took over two months. It began with a telephone screening, followed by three more phone interviews. Then, there were three in-person interviews that seemed to go well with management, senior management, and HR. After that, I didn't hear back. I followed up a few times and eventually got a short email saying they had discussed it more with management and the role was being reviewed. No feedback or apology was given, which was quite disappointing.

The interview process involved a 2-hour panel discussion with colleagues, including a VP and two senior directors, representing various levels of the consulting group. There weren't many technical questions, but they did emphasize Excel and MS Office skills. They seemed to value approachable candidates. If you traveled for the interview, they might cover hotel costs and reimburse you. The whole process is relatively straightforward and doesn't take an excessive amount of time.

A recruiter reached out and scheduled an in-person interview. Since it was for an entry-to-mid level role, the interview felt pretty laid-back. It kicked off with casual questions like 'What do you like to do?' and 'Walk me through your resume.' The interviewer also spent a significant amount of time explaining the job details, which was quite helpful.
