It started with a quick 5-minute call from HR to check eligibility, which went well. They then asked me for the interview session. Although I applied a couple of months ago, the HR was really polite and helpful. The first round was the main one, where the Associate Director, who was very humble and down-to-earth, conducted a 45-50 minute session on Microsoft Teams. We found common ground since my current employer was his previous one. He asked about the technical aspects of my job and my prior experience, checking my complete knowledge. The interview went well, and I was hopeful for the next round, which I got a call for from HR. This round was more informative from the employer's side, detailing what to expect from the company. Fewer questions were asked as most were covered in the previous round, and they provided more information. Salary discussion happened here too, and the Associate Director answered all my questions. As the session neared its end, he informed me I was selected. A couple of days later, I got an email and a call confirming my selection, and surprisingly, they offered a salary hike much higher than I expected.

The interview process was two stages. The first stage involved an interview with second-level analysts and included a pre-prepared Excel task. Questions focused on the industry and data/analytical skills, along with a review of the Excel task. HR provided feedback and an invitation to the final stage within 48 hours. The second and final stage took place a week later, featuring an interview with Senior Managers and a pre-prepared analytical writing piece on an industry topic. Despite it being the final stage, HR gave no feedback on the interview outcome or offer status. Subsequent emails to HR about interview feedback were ignored.

The interview started with a phone chat with the recruiter, who was really nice and didn't ask anything technical. They mostly just asked about my experience. This company usually looks for recent grads with some experience or good grades. After the recruiter call, I had a 2-hour interview with four people. They asked basic questions to see what kind of person I am and if I'd fit into their work culture. For the chemical group, they don't really ask anything technical, but it might be different for research analyst or principal roles. I got an offer the very next day.
