It was a really casual interview, and they offered me the job right away. If you've got serving experience, it's pretty straightforward. I did notice they hired some high schoolers, so a good manager will definitely give you a chance.

The hiring process involved a few steps. There was a long session covering etiquette training on computer and paper, a test of customer allergens, and how to roll silverware in napkins. Additional POS system tips were given during phases, including serving, banking, and cash out procedures.

This was an easy and fast interview process. It's recommended to research the company beforehand. Management is generally understanding. Being polite and courteous to everyone in the building helps make a good impression. Just be yourself, but with a cheerful personality, and you should do very well.
