It was a really casual interview, and they offered me the job right away. If you've got serving experience, it's pretty straightforward. I did notice they hired some high schoolers, so a good manager will definitely give you a chance.

This was an easy and fast interview process. It's recommended to research the company beforehand. Management is generally understanding. Being polite and courteous to everyone in the building helps make a good impression. Just be yourself, but with a cheerful personality, and you should do very well.
