I was already an Assistant Manager and they asked me to apply for this role. For internal candidates, the process usually starts with an online application and an assessment test. Met with the district manager for an initial interview and got a tour of the restaurant and kitchen. Then, I met the general manager and the rest of the restaurant staff. Everyone spoke highly of the company. I would have loved to join them, but I had already decided to relocate to Nevada when they called.
