Front Desk Receptionist
I went to the hotel for an interview to be a front desk receptionist. The HR manager was nice and made me feel comfortable. We chatted about my customer service background, how I solve problems, and what I know about the industry. I gave real-world answers and showed I could handle guest situations. They also asked about my computer skills, and I confirmed I'm good with them. The general manager showed up during the interview and asked me questions about the hotel's brand and customer service standards. We finished by talking about when I could start and how much I wanted to make. A few days later, they called with a job offer, and I took it because I'm excited to start in hospitality. The whole thing showed me how important it is to be ready, confident, and enthusiastic.

Front Desk Receptionist
I sent in a CV and cover letter on Friday, and by Monday I got a call for an interview. On Wednesday, I had the interview with the Front office manager and the guest relations manager. They said I'd hear back in a week, but I got a call about the job offer just two hours later.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Front Desk Receptionist
It was fast and easy and the lady was really nice and sweet and I did enjoy working there until they just stopped scheduling me for no reason and I just went homeless when it happened.
