The interview process for this role was clear and communicative from the HR side – they knew the steps and who would be involved. That was a rarity, as many other roles seemed like a black hole. Conversations were friendly, interesting, and thoughtful. In the end, after 4 rounds of interviews, we were far apart on compensation, so it was a mutual agreement to not proceed to an offer.
