Customer Service Representative
The interview process usually starts with reviewing your application, then there's a first chat with HR, followed by interviews focused on the job's technical aspects or specific duties, and sometimes a final meeting with the management team. They look at your abilities, past work, and if you'd fit in with the company culture. a a a a
- What are your hobbies?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty quick. First, there was an over-the-phone interview on 08/12/16, and then an in-person interview three days later on 08/15/16. The phone interview covered pay, job description, and asked some questions about me. If I was interested, they scheduled me for an in-person interview. The in-person interview went well. They gave me a tour of the building, and then we started the actual interview. It started with common questions, followed by a practice call center scenario. Even though I hadn't worked in a call center before, I felt confident and did my best.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with an angry customer and how you resolved it.
Customer Service Representative
The interview felt pretty casual. I spoke with two managers, and they tried to get me to take a bellman role before even considering me for the customer service job I applied for. Communication from management was a bit lacking.
- What's your biggest pet peeve at work?
