Recruiter looked at my resume. Then there was a group/panel interview over the phone and then a face-to-face interview. Both interviews were pretty relaxed. They asked about my past work and experience as it relates to business analysis. The phone interview was short and rushed because they had other things going on. The face-to-face interview was about 45 minutes and included people I wouldn't be working with or for.
