I applied online and then had a phone screen. After that, I was given an old Kaggle problem as a data science project to complete before my in-person interview. My in-person interview got rescheduled a few times, but it finally happened late on a Friday afternoon. The tech presentation was draining, and two out of the three interviewers seemed disengaged. When I got to the part where I could ask questions, the senior folks didn't come across as very warm, and I couldn't bring myself to ask questions that would just try to butter them up (or keep them from starting their weekend).

Had a phone screen first, then had to submit one PowerPoint slide about the hardest project I've ever worked on, but I couldn't talk about it. After that, there was a 45 minute call where they asked more questions about my slide and some general behavioral stuff. Then, an in person case study about telemedicine, with 3-4 slides and scenario-based questions. The final step was another 30-45 minute call with 'fit' questions to see how I'd fit on the team. Got the offer later that day. The interviewers were really clear and available for questions.

This was a super long and kind of a messy interview process. First, I had a call with the recruiter. Then, a team member gave me a call. After that, I had to do a presentation for a manager. Next up was a case study and another presentation for the team. There was another call with a team member. Then I interviewed with the CEO. Finally, I had an interview with a client.
