The interview started with a phone screen with HR. A week later, I was asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation about my most challenging project. I put a lot of effort into the slides, but then they rescheduled the interview an hour before it was supposed to start. When we finally had the interview, one of the interviewers had to leave early, and the other wasn't paying attention while I was speaking. Two days after that, I was told I wasn't a good fit. While I'm okay with not being fit for the role, the entire process felt disrespectful and disconnected from the company's professional standards.

So I had a typical phone interview first. Then a few days later, they emailed asking for a one-slide summary of a tough project I did. After that, they set up another interview where I had to present that slide. The third round involved preparing a 3-4 slide presentation on telemedicine, followed by a quick case study about the industry. The last step was a final phone chat with a partner for 'fit' questions. I got the offer call a couple weeks later, but they low-balled me. We started negotiating salary by email, but then they went silent. A few weeks after that, they said they were rescinding the offer.

After submitting my application, I had a 30-minute 1-on-1 phone screen where we discussed my background and career aspirations at Ignyte. A few days later, Ignyte invited me for an in-person interview at their HQ. This onsite interview included a 25-minute case study, followed by a 30-minute general Q&A with team members. The CEO contacted me the following week with an offer.
